Shipping Info
We will ship your item between 1 - 2 business days via FedEx or UPS. Larger items ship freight with a handling time no longer than 3 business days. We do not ship outside the Continental U.S., nor do we ship to PO or APO boxes. Once we receive confirmation that your shipment has left our warehouse, we will update your order with your corresponding tracking information.
Return Policy
We have a 14 day return buyer's remorse policy on all items. Items must be unused & unpackaged or a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping is paid by the buyer & items returned with 'Free Shipping or Shipping Charge', we will refund less the amount of actual shipping charges occurred.
This does not apply to replacement equipment provided under warranty, or in cases of shipping damage or units dead on arrival in which the buyer will not be responsible for any additional charges. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email for return RMA and return address. Any used arrived DOA should be reported to seller within' 5 days of receiving your item.
